All have condemned empty-mindedness. So much so that an idiom has been coined for it - 'Empty mind is devil's workshop.' And rightly so.
But the question to ask is - is a human mind ever empty? On the controrary it is always full of a thousand thoughts simultaneously. Mind is the only thing that is never empty. Then how can a mind be empty? And how can it be devil's workshop? Poor devil! Is condemned for nothing!

Recap of episode 17 - as we read in the last episode of ‘My Happiness,’ Thahmin is lucky to survive as a boy comes to her rescue. The boy takes her to the bus station where they will drop her to her house. After reaching home, everyone are relieved to see Thahmin normal yet, Thahmin tells her about Rohit Sharma and that how he tried killing her. The family discuss about why Imdad was irresponsible and Thahmin blames Malini for her kidnapping.

Recap of episode 15 - in the previous episode of ‘My Happiness,’ Akash finds out about Malini’s true colours and decides to tell Mozaquir but as soon as he reaches him, he changes his mind. Akhtar and Anurag have a little romantic moment to themselves and Malini upon seeing this, becomes very jealous and she tries it on Rakesh but it fails. Malini and Rakesh have another argument about who Malini has been calling over the past few days and Malini lies and tells Rakesh that it is a friend of hers.

Recap of episode 14 - as we read in the last episode of ‘My Happiness’, Rohit was very close to his target but fortunately Malini interfered with a call at the right time. Rohit has dinner along with the family members and by the time he leaves the house with Anurag, he bumps into Thahmin. Having heard Rohit’s voice, Thahmin thinks Rohit’s voice is familiar and that she has heard it somewhere. We meet Raj, Rani’s friend and Rohit tells Raj that he will be helping him and Rani with some new missions.

Recap of episode 13 - as we read in the last episode of ‘My Happiness’, Iqbal heard Malini talking about a plan and he wants to know what plan is Malini thinking of. Imdad, Thahmin, Iqbal and Megha together are gifted with a mobile each from Rakesh and Mozaquir. Anurag and Rohit have started their studies in college about medicine. Anurag invites Rohit for dinner in the Ali house. Rohit requests Anurag to give him two hours of time to decide. Imdad decides to go out on a trip around London with Thahmin for her own knowledge and Thahmin agrees.

Recap of episode 12 - in the previous episode of ‘My Happiness’, Mozaquir announces that Thahmin will start school with Imdad and the others. Hearing this, the kids become excited. Anurag is tired of working for the restaurant and he quits to find a new job. In the jobseekers centre he bumps into Rohit and soon he asks Rohit if they should work together on a business but not knowing Rohit’s evil plans to actually try destroying the Ali family through Anurag.

Recap of episode 11 - Malini and Thahmin give the family their presents but in return, they only thank Thahmin. Mozaquir gives Thahmin two necklaces as a gift for being kind to everyone. Malini sees this and is shocked that she didn’t receive anything even though she helped the family for five years. During supper time, Malini is refused to help Akhtar and this angers her. She argues with Mozaquir and she leaves the dining table furiously. Thahmin thinks that she should not interfere in Malini’s work because she is one reason why Thahmin is in the house.

Recap of episode 10 - So…as we read in the last episode of ‘My Happiness’, Iqbal says that he will find out somehow about the secret of Malini’s disappearance. Rakesh asks Malini to tell her the truth if she only went shopping yesterday. Malini lies and tells him she didn’t no anything else. We meet Rani, Rohit’s daughter and Rohit finds the headline about Rita’s dead body. Rohit is afraid that if Rani comes to know of her mother’s death, she will be heartbroken. So for Rani’s happiness, Rohit folds the newspaper and takes it with him, not allowing Rani to read the paper.

Recap of episode 9 - Rakesh doesn’t find Malini in their own bedroom and so he thinks that Malini has been kidnapped. Immediately, Rakesh calls the police to let them know. Mr Verma tells Rakesh that he will file a case for investigation. Soon, Malini returns and the case is dropped. Mr Verma becomes annoyed due to the fact that the family cannot keep an eye on anyone and that they would have wasted his time filing a case. Rohit calls Malini again and annoys her by talking nonsense.

Recap of episode 8 - as we have read in the last episode, Malini was kidnapped while keeping an eye on the children who were playing in the playground area of the park. Malini tried screaming herself to catch the children’s attention but she failed. Luckily, Imdad heard a slight noise from behind and Iqbal notices that Malini is missing from the bench. After searching for Malini, Thahmin tells the truth to the whole family and they go t home, hoping she would be there. But no, she was not.

We humans - off of us live in this materialistic world. And when you say 'materialism' what all you think of - wishes, and so sorrows, jealousy, sex, anger, attachment, the pains all that. Any human in any birth in this world always wishes. As a mind is never empty, so is he never wishless. His wishes are constantly on his mind and they are innumerable.

I hope if you apply this then your life can be good enough to enjoy, you will be free from any disease. There are 7 dont's after a meal:-

* Don't smoke-Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).
* Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.

Day 4 saw Misbah-Ul-Haq and Ishant Sharma perform for their respective country by reaching their personal landmark. Misbah scored his second successive century in the series confirming that Pakistan does not lose the series 0-2. He scored a valient 133 and remained not out. His knock was not only enough to save Pakistan from the embarassing situation of batting again, but also put Pak in a safe total of 537. This means India now have a total lead of only 89 runs. That knock also made the Indians the task of forcing a result still more difficult.

Pakistan dominated batting on day 3, which seemed to be good enough to save the Test. But still there are 2 more days to go and scenario can change fast enough. But that said, no on can take the credit away from stand-in skipper Younis Khan who played well for his half- century. And equal credit goes to Misbah-ul-Haq who is playing defaently trying his best out there. Misbah and Kamran were on 54 and 32 respectively. These two had scored match saving centuries in the Kolkata Test, in quite a similar situation. But before that it was Younis Khan who carried the innings forward.
